Set in the heart of Summit, NJ, this 100-year-old Tudor captures the charm of a bygone era with a renewed sense of livable luxury. Two years after settling in, the homeowners turned to us to reimagine their dated bathrooms and underwhelming basement laundry. Each bath was gutted to its bones and thoughtfully rebuilt with radiant heated floors, tailored storage, fresh tilework, and refined fixtures that marry function with elegance. Downstairs, a once-dingy laundry room was transformed into a bright, vibrant space infused with color and light. Earlier in their journey, we had helped the homeowners furnish and layer the main living spaces—establishing the foundation for a home that feels both timeless and deeply personal.
